Rosacea is a hereditary condition characterised by the appearance of dilated blood vessels appearing near the surface of the skin, reddening the face. People with very light skin are more likely to have rosacea as their skin is far more sensitive to external stresses (for example, weather). Symptoms of rosacea include red, hot, inflamed skin, and pus-filled red bumps. Rosacea and couperose differ in that couperose, whilst also characterised by red skin, is not inflammatory.
Skincare products are not allowed by law to claim to cure a medical skin condition. Even if the products, like ours, contain medicinal plants that have been proven to cure or improve a dermatological condition. We may, however, recommend the following ritual for an ideal skin hygiene in this case.
