We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

The delivery time to the Peninsula is 1-2 days and 6-8 days to the Balearic Islands. 2 delivery attempts at home and, if the delivery cannot be made, the package will be redirected to a nearby collection point for collection in a maximum of 7 days.

To the Balearic Islands we also offer Express Delivery Service with an additional cost of 8€.

The delivery time is 2-3 days on the Balearic Islands. 1 delivery attempt at home and, if the delivery cannot be made, the package will be redirected to a nearby collection point for collection within a maximum of 7 days.

CANARY ISLANDS & ANDORRA

We offer free shipping on all orders.

The delivery time varies between 7 days and 2 weeks depending on the number of deliveries of Correos Postal. We also offer Express Delivery with an additional cost of 8€.

LE PURE does not bear the import costs and local VAT is to be paid by the customer.

Customs:

The additional costs related to customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays.

Collection Point:

The carrier will send the customer an email with the address and time frame and all the necessary details for the collection of the package. We advise you to check your email inbox and Spam folder.
If the customer does not make the collection during the period of days informed by the carrier, the parcel will be returned to LE PURE. Once returned, LE PURE will be able to manage a second shipment and the costs will be borne by the customer.
