The delivery time is 3-6 days. There is 1 attempt at the delivery address. If this first delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be redirected to a nearby pickup point and the customer has to collect it within a maximum of 7 days.

Collection at Pick-up Point:

The delivery time is 3-6 days. The order will be delivered directly to a nearby Pickup Point and the customer needs to collect it within a maximum of 7 days.

Express Shipping:

The delivery time is 24 h on business days. There is 1 attempt at the delivery address. If this first delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be redirected to a nearby pickup point and the customer has to collect it within a maximum of 7 days.

Rest of Europe

Spain (Iberian Peninsula) & Balearic Islands

We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

The delivery time to the Peninsula is 1-2 days and 6-8 days to the Balearic Islands. There is 1 attempt at the delivery address. If this first delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be redirected to a nearby pickup point and the customer has to collect it within a maximum of 7 days.

To the Balearic Islands we also offer Express Delivery Service with an additional cost of 8 €.

The delivery time is 2-3 days on the Balearic Islands. 1 delivery attempt at home and, if the delivery cannot be made, the package will be redirected to a nearby collection point for collection within a maximum of 7 days.

 

Canary Islands & Andorra

We offer free shipping on all orders.

The delivery time is 7-14 days. We also offer Express Shipping at an additional cost of 8 €.

The customs fees and local VAT have to be paid by the customer.

For the Canary Islands we need the customer’s ID or passport number. Please indicate this number in the “Order Notes” field during the order process on the LE PURE website.

Delivery Times

The delivery time is of 5-10 days. 1 delivery attempt at home and, if the delivery cannot be made, the package will be redirected to a nearby collection point for collection within a maximum of 7 days.

Customs fees:

Any additional fees related to customs or the local VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or refunds due to customs delays. If the customer refuses to pay the customs fees, the order will be returned to LE PURE. All incurred costs including shipping, return shipping and credit card charges will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Pickup Point:

The carrier will send the customer an email with the address, time frame and  necessary instructions to collect the package. We advise you to check your email inbox and Spam folder.
If the customer does not pickup the package during the indicated period of days, the order will be returned to LE PURE. Once returned, LE PURE can ship the order again, but the additional costs have to be paid by the customer.
