Any order placed on www.lepure.com and delivered outside of the EU may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination.

These customs duties and taxes, if any, related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer. LE PURE is not obliged to check and inform the Buyer of the amount or terms of the applicable customs duties or taxes. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check with the competent authorities in his/her country to find out if their order is subject to any taxes and/or customs duties.

Packages that have reached the final destination, but are not accepted by the Buyer or cannot be delivered to the Buyer, will be subject to reimportation. Once the package is returned to LE PURE, we will deduct the shipping cost, reimportation cost and credit card transaction cost from your refund.


Stripe is our secure and worldwide known provider of online payment processing. We accept payments via credit card, debit card or Apple Pay.

We guarantee to comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the Data Protection Act 15/1999 to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.


If you made a mistake in your order purchased at www.lepure.com or do not want to keep the unopened product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The product has to be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

You have to organize and pay for the return shipment. Please select a tracked and insured return shipping method.

To request a return, please send an email within 14 days of receipt to info@lepure.com with your order number, your reason for return and a photo/video. If you meet the above conditions, we offer the exchange of the product for another one of the same value. You can also request a refund of your credit card payment, and in this case we deduct the incurred shipping costs and the credit card transaction fees from your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the conditions above.

Our packaging is extremely resistant and protects the product during the shipping process. In the rare case of receiving a damaged box, please indicate that damage when you sign the delivery receipt. In order to process any claim relating to shipping damage, you need to provide us with a documented proof of damage (photos of the inside and the outside of the cardboard shipping box) to raise the claim with the transport company.

Email these photos (and/or videos) within 24 hours of receiving the shipment to info@lepure.com. If your case is approved by us and the shipping company, we will replace the damaged products. Please check the products carefully upon receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any reclamations that are made later than 24 hours after receiving the shipment.


The LE PURE web page, the pages that include information or elements contained therein, including texts, documents, photographs, drawings, graphic representations, as well as logos, brands, commercial names or other distinctive signs, are protected under copyright laws, of which LE PURE is the holder.

Any form of reproduction, distribution, public communication, modification and, in general, any act of exploitation of all or part of the content (images, text, graphics, indexes, forms, videos, etc.) that make up the website www.lepure.com is prohibited, unless express prior written authorisation has been given by LE PURE.

You cannot, in any case, commercially exploit or use, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, any of the content (images, text, graphics, indexes, forms, etc.) that make up the website www.lepure.com without prior written permission by LE PURE.
