Natural ingredients change according to the temperature and in the case of Zen Solaire, the balm starts to melt when exposed to temperatures above 25°C (77° Fahrenheit). Since natural butters and oils have different melting points, it is possible that they don’t solidify at the same time. In that case, some of the oils can form little grains.
To recover the initial homogeneous texture, melt the balm gently at temperatures below 40°C. Once it has turned liquid, put it immediately in the freezer, so all oils and butters will solidify at the same time and the balm will recover its original texture.
Even when the texture or the appearance of the balm changes slightly, all its nutrients and properties for the skin stay intact.
