Does Zen Solaire lose its sun protection factor (SPF) when it melts?

We’ve conducted tests to see how the sun protection factor (SPF) of Zen Solaire balm is influenced when it melts and then solidifies.

The results indicated that the dispersion of the sunscreen filter remained consistent, and the SPF value continued to stay above 20. However, to maintain the integrity of the product, we advise against frequent melting. Instead, we suggest transferring the amount needed for daily use into a smaller container, while storing the larger jar in a cool place or in the fridge.
