FAQs

What is the percentage and molecular weight of hyaluronic acid in Silk Resurrection?

Medicinal plants are nature’s treasure trove of anti-aging skin nutrients like hyaluronic acid, peptides, vitamins C, E, A, B3, Alpha Hydroxy Acids, and more. While using organic medicinal plants is far more expensive, our experience has shown us that these naturally occurring compounds are far superior to the isolated synthetic versions used in mainstream skincare.

Isolated substances don’t benefit from the holistic effect of having hundreds of other plant components working in tandem. We elaborate a wholeplant extract from the Althaea officinalis root, which naturally contains hyaluronic acid. This plant substance is enriched by hundreds of other plant constituents, enhancing the efficacy of hyaluronic acid compared to isolated synthetic versions.

Even if its percentage of hyaluronic acid in Silk Resurrection is lower than in conventional formulas, its potence is amplified by the hundreds of other beneficial plant nutrients. The combined action of these medicinal plant components produces a synergistic effect on the skin, far surpassing the impact of using isolated components.

In that sense, the molecular weight of the natural hyaluronic acid is not important, as the skin recognizes the plant as natural and instantly absorbs all its nutrients.
