Is it necessary to do a double cleansing?

Double cleansing is a two-step skincare method designed to thoroughly remove impurities, makeup, sunscreen, excess skin sebum, and artificial substances from skincare products.

This method may be beneficial for you, if you wear a lot of makeup or apply skincare products with synthetic or chemically modified ingredients.

The LE PURE double cleansing method, follows the Wave Cleansing technique, which is the most thorough method for cleansing the skin. The use of the cotton pads traps dirt, toxins, and pollutants without the need to rub the skin.

You can combine different types of cleansing formulations or cleanse twice with the same LE PURE product if you only have one formulation at home.

First cleanse – This step can be done with an oil-based cleanser (like Sensual Opulence) to dissolve oil-based impurities such as makeup, sunscreen, and sebum.

Second cleanse – A water-based cleanser (Alpha Tonic serum or Detox Deluxe cream) is used to remove any remaining residue, sweat, and dirt, ensuring a deep yet gentle cleanse.

Additional cleansing product – If you wear chemical sunscreen or live in a city with high environmental pollution, we recommend adding the Nectar Immortel elixir to your cleansing ritual. Its plant extracts contain chelating agents that bind artificial substances and pollutants such as heavy metals.

These skin-burdening toxins often sit deep within the skin and cannot be removed with conventional cleansers. The combination of Nectar Immortel, cotton pads and specific hand movements helps remove these substances from the skin.

If the skin is free of toxins, it can focus all its energy on regeneration, which preserves a youthful complexion and helps to prevent premature aging.

Spray 2 pumps of Nectar Immortel on one half of the face and add 1 pump to the moistened cotton pad and the other cleansing product. Gently cleanse one half of the face, then repeat the process on the other half.
