What should I do if the spray complement is clogged?

Temperature fluctuations can cause the product to solidify in the spray nozzle. However, this issue can usually be rectified easily. Remove the top of the nozzle without opening the bottle, and submerge it in hot water first and then for 30 minutes in alcohol. In most cases, this should unclog the component, allowing you to continue using the product.

If the problem persists, please reach out to us, and we will provide a replacement for the entire spray component.

Please note that you should never unscrew and remove the whole spray cap unless explicitly instructed by us. Doing so might allow microbes to enter and contaminate the product.
