MELANIN-RICH SKIN

Melanocytes are the cells that produce melanin (skin pigmentation). Their main nutrition consists of plant extracts that are rich in beta-carotenes and folic acid (all plants that are green). As darker skin types contain more melanocytic cells, these nutrients are even more crucial for a correct functioning of melanin-rich skin.

The green color of plants is their version of melanin (pigments) and therefore these plant pigments have a highly beneficial effect on the melanin of the human skin.

Plants that are rich in chlorophyll provide the skin with biological sun protection by strengthening the skin’s capacity to protect itself. It is essential to avoid substances of synthetic chemistry and use only physically/mechanically processed plant substances. We need to consume these natural, minimally unmodified plant nutrients internally (via our food) and externally (via our skincare products).

LE PURE Treatment Set Glow

TREATMENT OF MELANIN-RICH SKIN

You can buy the products of the Melanin-rich skin ritual individually or buy the Treatment Set GLOW, which includes all 5 products in a 15 ml size and 4 single-dose sachets.

Dark skin needs only very small quantities of skincare products. Apply Velvet Hydration and a very small dose of Way To Radiance or Midnight Rejuvenation. A very small quantity is sufficient as darker skin already has a lot of its own skin fat. You can also alternate, applying the cream on one day and the oil on the next.

Cleanse the skin daily with Detox Deluxe and Nectar Immortel to maintain a balanced sebum composition. Rubbing your skin while cleansing leads to excess skin fat and increased impurities. Follow the Antiaging Face Cleansing Ritual to cleanse the skin gently with precise wave-like movements. Then apply a very small amount of the Midnight Rejuvenation oil serum. Once the oil is absorbed by the skin, apply Silk Resurrection.
Apply Smooth Addiction on the lips, hands, elbows and knees to avoid roughness in these areas.

3 times per week before going to sleep apply the masque Instant Liberation and let it act overnight. 2 times per week before or after cleansing treat the skin with True Revelation. This gentle exfoliation treatment is rich in beta-Carotenes, which helps to eliminate dead skin cells and avoids the formation of extra keratin layers that make the skin hard and rigid.
In case of pimples, insect bites and cuts apply one dose of Nectar Immortel followed by Instant Liberation to avoid post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
